Do you need muslce clamps on your weight bar?
If you are exercising at home doing bench press, who are you protecting by using the clamps/colalrs on the bar?
What is the point of them since there is no way the weight can fall on you and if no one is around you the weights can not fall on anyone else....
YES...if your doing weights and one slips off u can tear a lot of ligaments and tendons in your sholders becuz it will b so off balance. so use clamps
